A draw in the second unofficial test for New Zealand A against South Africa A in Benoni to take the two match series one nil.
New Zealand declared their second innings at 298-4 in response to the home sides first innings of 578-8.
LATEST HEADLINES:
Earlier NZ A made 482 in their first innings of the four day match.
Rhys Mariu continued his good for with 135 in the second innings with captain Joe Carter making 43, Bevon Jacobs 51 and Muhammad Abbas 47.
Curtis Heaphy was not out 13 and Mitch Hay 2 not out.
New Zealand A won the first unofficial test by 185 runs.
Several of the New Zealand A team are in the Black Caps squad to play Australia in the early season T20I series.
The first match of the three-game series is Wednesday 1 October at Mt Maunganui.
