Capewell stays at NZ Warriors for another season

NZ Warriors and Queensland second-rower Kurt Capewell has extended his stay at the club for another season.
Capewell, 32, was near the end of his three-year contract after arriving from the Broncos in 2024.
LATEST HEADLINES:
Capewell has played 46 games for the club so far, however he has been limited to only six games this season with injuries and State of Origin duty for Queensland.
"Throughout his career, Kurt has proved his value as a player and a person," said Warriors coach Andrew Webster.
"We love having him here. He's such an important player and we're delighted to have him for at least another season."
Capewell has been named to face the Dragons at Mt Smart this Saturday night in NRL round 20
