New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox is tied 37th after the first round of the PGA's Cadillac Championship in Miami, Florida.


Fox carded at even-par round featuring three birdies and three bogeys. He birdied the first eighth and 16th holes, but went at shot over at the third, 15th and 17th

Meanwhile on the European Tour at the Turkish Open in Antayla the two kiwis competing have had satisfying first rounds.


Kazuma Kobori is tied 32nd at two-under four shots off the lead held by Mikael Lindburg of Sweden.


Daniel Hillier had an even-par round and sits tied 37th after five birdies, three bogeys and one double bogey.
