Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox has fallen off the pace during the second round of the latest PGA Tour event in South Carolina
Fox has carded a one-over round to drop to a share of 28th at five-under, nine shots off leader Matt Fitzpatrick.
LATEST HEADLINES:
Fox birdied the second hole but had bogeys on the fifth and eighth. On the back nine it was pars all the way to the 16th hole which he birdied. However he had trouble on the 17th again with a bogey on the hole for the second consecutive day.
The New Zealand No 1 was tied fourth after the first round but was overtaken by a raft of players including Englishman Fitzpatrick who sits alone at 14-under.
Next on the leaderboard if Norway's Viktor Hovland in 13-under followed by American Harris English at 10-under as the three players in double figures.
Other players to move up the leaderboard included Patrick Cantlay, Colin Morikawa, Rickie Fowler and Scottie Scheffler.
