A trio of New Zealanders have been signed in the initial players for The Hundred cricket competition in the United Kingdom.


White Ferns 25-year-old all-rounder Amelia (Melie) Kerr has been signed for the MI London team.

Other New Zealanders so far named in teams include Black Caps batter Rachin Ravindra for the Welsh Fire who were down the finishing order last season.


Thirty-three-year-old New Zealand short-form captain Mitchell Santner is at the Trent Rockets who were second in the 2025 competition.


Other Kiwi players are expected to be announced shortly.


Former White Ferns captain Sophie Devine was a key memeber of the winning Southern Brave women's team last season.
