Devine takes White Ferns to T20 series win

Big hitting by Sophie Devine has led the White Ferns to a T20 series win over South Africa in Wellington.
New Zealand won by six wickets with nine balls to spare after the visiotrs batted first and made 159-6. In reply the White Ferns made 160-4 after a slow start.
LATEST HEADLINES:
South Africa six players make doubles figures as Annerie Dercksen hit 55 from 32 including one six andeight fours. At the top of the order Sune Luus hit a measure 30 runs.
Jess Kerr was the best bowler tkaing 3-16 from four overs while sister and captain Amelia took one and Devine the other.
At bat Izzy Gaze went for six and Georgia Plimmer 31 stumped by Karabo Meso off the bowling of Chloe Tryon.
Amelia Kerr hit 31 from 29 and was joined by Devube as both hit out against some mediocre cathing attempts.
However the one catch that stuck was a spectacular take from Nadine de Klertk to dismiss Devine for 64 from 34 balls with six four and four sixes.
Brooke Halliday was left not out 16 and Maddy Green nine.
The result gives the New Zealand an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match series. The final game is in Christchurch on Wednesday.
