Round 8 of Super Rugby Pacific is filled with debuts and farewells as the six teams in action confirm their line-ups.


It begins with a farewell to Apollo Projects Stadium as the Crusaders play their final game at the ground on Friday against the Fijian Drua, before moving to One New Zealand Stadium.


LATEST HEADLINES:


Saturday begins with a crucial clash between the Chiefs and the NSW Waratahs in Hamilton, before cross-code convert Zac Lomax makes his Western Force debut via the bench against the Queensland Reds in Brisbane.


Also notable is that Jack Sexton, the son of Crusaders original Matt Sexton is on the bench in a fairly raw set of reserves.


With Tamaiti Williams out for the season the propping stocks aren't let down as George Bower and Fletcher Newell start the game.


The Chiefs have Ollie Norris back to the starting lineup when the face the Waratahs in Hamilton.


The middle row has the newly re-signed Josh Lord along with Tupou Vaa'i while Xavier Roe starts at halfack Cortez Ratima on the bench.


The Brumbies, Blues, Highlanders, Hurricanes and Moana Pasifika are all on the bye.
