Hurricanes big Super Rugby winners over Reds

Hurricanes wing Fehi Fineanganofo scored a second consecutive hattrick of tries to help take his side to a huge 52-14 victory over the Reds in Wellington.
The home side went clear at the top of the Super Rugby Pacific table, as they overran their opponents in the second half, after leading 24-14 at halftime.

The Canes' had too much attacking firepower, with their passing skill and pace out wide proving a constant headache for the Queenslanders, whose four-game winning run abruptly came to an end.
The Hurricanes ran in eight tries to the two scored by the Reds from Jock Campbell and Isaac Henry in the first half for their 11th straight win against the Reds. Ruben Love converted six out of the eight tris for the home side.
All Blakcs halfback Cam Roigard started the try scoring in the fourth minute with Vernon Bason finishing it in the 75th minute.
Hulking lock Warner Dearns dotted down just after halftime while backs Josh Moorby and Bilyn Sullivan were first half scorers.
The Hurricanes have a bye next weekend, before games against the Blues and Chiefs, while the Reds, who remain in fourth place on the table, have the Force and Crusaders as their next two opponents.
