After an opening round win the Warriors have dealt to 42-16 by a rampaging Raiders side in their NRLW clash in Canberra.


The Warriors struggled to contain the Raiders pack who initially kept the ball tight and took their toll on defenders.

The home side collected 18 points before Capri Paekau scored for the Warriors, who need to make a strong start to the second half to stay in touch but conceded two more tries in the first 10 minutes.


Finally it was eight tries to three, with the Warriors finding it tough after Gayle Broughton was ruled out with a quad injury during the week and disappointing with their general discipline.


It was a significant game for newcomer Ocean Tierney who scored two tries for the Warriors.


The home side led 18-6 at haftime with as Kiwi Mackenzie Wiki scoring in each half as her side looked organised and well-drilled.
