Singapore Grand Prix success for Liam Lawson

More points for New Zealand's Liam Lawson who finished seventh at Formula 1's Singapore Grand Prix under light to follow his fifth in the sprint race.
Lawson started ninth on the grid and made up a place on the first corner and then kept his cool to gain six points for his finish.

Later in the race Lawson and Lewis Hamilton traded places with the Brit finishing just ahead of the Kiwi with Niko Hulkenberg in eighth.
"Very proud of the team, it's been a pretty intense few weeks, it's been great to have the last few weeks go to plan, and today to have points in both a sprint and a race for us is great, so very, very happy," Lawson told media afterwards.
Lawson remains ninth in the standings with 75 points, 22 points behind Red Bull's Isack Hadjar and 34 points ahead of Alpine's Pierre Gasly.
Red Bull's Max Verstappen won the race with a dominate performance, his first win in Singapore.
Ferrerai's Charles LeClerc was second with Mercedes Kimi Antonelli who still leads the drivers championship hird
The next race is the United States Grand Prix in Austin in two weeks.
