Liam Lawson returns to Racing Bulls F1 team
Kiwi F1 driver Liam Lawson is back to Racing Bulls with the return of Frenchman Isack Hadjar from injury to the Red Bull seat for this weekend’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Hadjar, 21 underwent final evaluations including a simulator session, before receiving clearance to resume his season.

"Oracle Red Bull Racing is delighted to welcome Isack back this weekend,“ a team statement read.
In Hadjar’s absence, Lawson been valuable for Red Bull – the same side that demoted him just two races into 2025. He secured seventh at the Dutch Grand Prix and sixth at the Spanish Grand Prix.
Lawson gained 14 championship points from his three-race stint but will reutrn to Racing Bulls which has been filled by Yuki Tsunoda for the past three races.
A statement from Racing Bulls welcomed Lawson back to Racing Bulls.
"Liam returns to VCARB this weekend in Baku, with Isack having made a full recovery from his wrist injury. A huge thank you to Yuki for stepping in over the past three races, giving everything for the team and scoring some very valuable points."
