Bill Tuiloma called into New Zealand squad
Bill Tuiloma is back in the All Whites after an injury to Nando Pijnaker has opened the door for the veteran centre-back to be added to the New Zealand team in the upcoming international window.
Tuiloma (45 caps) joins the squad to take on Palestine, China PR, Panama, and one of Ecuador or Japan.
Tuiloma, 31 has been a regular in the national squad since his debut in 2013 but missed selection for this year’s FIFA Men’s World Cup squad.
The All Whites begin a aninternational window against Palestine on Thursday, September 24 in Chongqing, China, kicking off at 9.30pm NZT.
The Chris Greenacre coached side then face China PR, also in Chongqing, on Monday, September 28 with the game kicking off at 12.35am NZT.
After those fixtures, New Zealand take part in the Kirin Cup 2026, first playing Panama on Thursday, October 1 in Yokohama.
They will then play either Ecuador or hosts Japan in the third-place playoff or final of the tournament on Monday, October 5 in Tokyo.
