Kobori, Alker in touch into final rounds, Fox steady

Kiwi golfer Kazuma Kobori is tied third at the Turkish Open while Steven Alker is also third at the PGA Champions Tour event in Alabama
Kobori had a par third round with one birdie on the third and a bogey on the 16th to be six-under for the tournament and alongside five others.

The tournament lead is held by Sweden's Mikael Lindberg and Diego Rodrigues of Portugal at seven-under.
Alker is tied third with American Doug Barron on 10-under after a birdie on the second followed by a bogey on the next hole. He birdied the fith but double bogeyed the seventh with a birdie on the 10th and finished the round with another birdie
Stewart Cink increased his lead to three strokes in tricky wind conditions at the Regions Tradition in his bid to win consecutive senior major titles.
Cink is 15-under with Colin Montgomerie second at 12-under.
On the PGA Tour Ryan Fox is tied 37th at one-under at the Cadillac Championship in Florida.
He carded at even-par third round which was anything but consistent.
There was a bogey on the first then four consecutive birdies at holes five through eight. The back nine had a birdie on the 10th, bogey at 13 and 15, birdie at the 16th then double bogey on the 17th and bogey again on the 18th.
The tournament is led by American Cameron Young 15-under, followed by a group of four including Scottie Scheffler at nine-under.
