Harris-Tavita to control Warriors against Tigers

The Warriors have had to call up rookie Luke Hanson to the NO 6 jersey for the round 25 NRL clash against the Rabbitohs in Sydney on Saturday.
It will be just Hanson's second match in first grade, his debut coming back in round three against the Knights, the 22-year-old scoring a try in the 38-12 win.

Meanwhile Chanel Harris-Tavita, fresh from another contract extension, takes over the halfback's role following Luke Metcalf's departure with a hamstring injury 20 minutes into last weekend's night's match against the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.
Metcalf has been sidelined until the finals ruling him out of the remaining three regular season games against the Rabbitohs, Knights and Sea Eagles.
Harris-Tavita becomes the Warriors' fourth starting halfback this year with Tanah Boyd, Te Maire Martin and Metcalf all on the injured list.
Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, who played in the halves in the 42-6 win over the Broncos, was not considered is serving a two-match suspension for a dangerous contact charge.
