Daniel Hillier stays in contention in Qatar

New Zealand golfer Daniel Hillier is two shots off the lead at the halfway stage of the Qatar Masters in Doha as part of the DP World Tour.
He carded a second round 69 mixing six birdies with three bogeys to sit at 10-under for the tournament.

He was happy to still be in contention after his 65 on day one.
"I think I kept me cool pretty well considering there were chances out there. I was pretty disciplined out there today," said the 27-year-old from Wellington.
Countryman Kazuma Kobori is in a tie for 10th at seven-under.
American Patrick Reed leads at 12-under one shot ahead of Sweden's Joakim Lagergen.
