The All Blacks XV's have started their northern tour with a win, but not in the most regulation way.


They had to stage a big comeback to defeat the Barbarians in London this morning 33-19, after fighting back from from a shocker of a start at 19-0 down.


LATEST HEADLINES:


Featuring 11 former Springbok players in their lineup the Barbarians were determined from the whistle and dominated up fron particularly with hooker Mbonambi and props Oli Kebble and Asenathi Ntlabakanye.


The latter two players both scoring alonside No 8 Evan Ross


The Jamie Joseph coached team then turned things around in the second spell with five tries in total, all in the backline two to Caleb Tangitau and one each for Xavier Roe, Kyle Preston and David Havili.


The All Blacks XV have two more games to come on their northern tour. They play England A in Bath next weekend, and then Uruguay in France in a fortnight.
