The New Zealand doubles pair of Finn Reynolds and James Watt may have lost their latest match at the Seoul Challenger but their target is still close.


The pair were beaten by the experienced duo of Nathaniel Lammons (United States) and Dutchman Jean-Julien Rojer, a multi Grand Slam winner in the semifinals 1-6 6-7(5).

The latest ATP live doubles rankings they are 93 for Reynolds and 95 for Watt after a remarkable run of results on the ATP Challenger Tour including five titles.


As the 2026 Australian Open entry come closer so is their race to improve rankings a little more.


The last direct entry for the 2025 Australian Open doubles in November 2024 was 160. However there were a huge number alternates and two withdrawals which could assit the New Zealand pair to reach their first Grand Slam draw.


Reynolds and Watt will play in the Matsuyuma Challenger in Japan this coming week.
