Paddon ready to take lead in WRC Paraguay

Kiwi driver Hayden Paddon is in second place after two days of the World Rally Championship round in Paraguay.
Paddon and co-driver John Kennard are 22.8 seconds behind the leader Sami Pajari from Finland.

The New Zealander remained comfortably second but struggled to find the rhythm that had carried him into the rally lead on Friday, with Pajari’s advantage reaching as much as 26.0sec before falling back slightly.
“I’m just struggling for rhythm at the moment,” said Paddon Hohenau stage “It is not gelling like yesterday. There is still a long way to go, so I just need to reset.”
Paddon, 39 in his Hyundai is still 32.2 seconds ahead of Welshman, Elfyn Evans in third.
