The Black Caps have a lead of 127 runs after two days of the first test against Zimbabwe at Bulawayo.


The New Zealand side stared the second day at 92 without loss 57 runs behind the homesides first innings of 149. However the batting never quite took off and the side were all out for 307.


LATEST HEADLINES:



Will Young fell without adding to his overnight score of 41 and then Henry Nicholls went for a rash shot and 34 followed by Rachin Ravindra for two.


Devon Conway kep tthe innings going, eventually out for 88 runs while Daryl Mitchell put on a hitting display with 80 from 119 balls including five fours and a six.


Tom Blundell went for two, Micahel Bracewell nine before captain Mitch Santner made 19 and Nathan Smith 22. Matt Henry scored five and Will O'Rourke no score.


In their second turn at bat Zimbabwe are 31-2 after O'Rourke took the wicket of Brian Bennett for 18 and Henry dismissed Ben Curran for 11.
