Nick Cassidy has extended his Formula E championship lead despite missing the podium in the latest race in Shanghai.
Cassidy finished fourth, one spot ahead of his compatriot and Jaguar TCS Racing teammate Mitch Evans, in the second race at the Shanghai ePrix at the Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday.

Despite having his front wing dislodged late on, Cassidy still collected 12 points to move 25 points clear of second-placed German Pascal Wehrlein, who suffered a punctured tyre and finished 20th, with no points.
Evans, who won the opening race in Shanghai on Saturday, grabbed 10 points to overtake Englishman Oliver Rowland for third in the championship. He trails Cassidy by 35 points.
Four races remain in the 2023-24 Formula E season, with two races in Portland in late-June and two races in London in July.
