The New Zealand Cycling Project has signed Jack ‘The Ripper’ Drage for the 2026 calendar year.


Drage started his career with NZ Cycling Project before spending four years in Europe with AC Bisontine, Groupama FDJ and Hagens Berman Axeon.

The 22-year-old from Christchurch comes full circle back to the squad bringing with him a heap of experience, aggressive racing and a GC threat in next year’s UCI races.


The NZ Cycling project said it looks forward to supporting Jack’s riding as knuckles down at Victoria University completing his Law Degree alongside racing internationally.


Drage has excelled in various races or Tour's around the world including the Tour de Siak in Indonesia which he won in 2024.
