Fox top-20 Canadian Open, Hillier steady

A late ran has lifted Ryan Fox to an opening round four-under par 66 to be tied 18th at the PGA's Canadian Open near Toronto.
The New Zealand number one made birdie at the 11th, 16th and 18th holes after making the turn at one-under.
