Breakers, Kiwi players claim ANBL awards

Several New Zealand players have featured in the NBL season awards which were dominated by Bryce Cotton who was awarded the Andrew Gaze MVP Trophy.
Tall Black Flynn Cameron who plays for the 36ers took out the hotly contested Most Improved Player category.
LATEST HEADLINES:
Cameron gained 51 votes ahead of Makuach Maluach from the Sydney Kings with 39 and and Breakers big man Sam Mennenga 35 for third.
However Mennenga gained the most votes - 65 in the Next Generation Award ahead of fellow Breaker and teenager Karim Lopez who is a highly rated NBA prospect.
Parker-Jackson-Cartwright was named in the All-NBL Second Team.
The Breakers finished seventh on the NBL points table but won the Ignite Cup.
