New Zealand’s leading track cyclists faced some international competition led by a strong squad from Japan, at the Omnium and Madison National Championships in Cambridge.

Twenty-two year old Auckland rider, Prudence Fowler has claimed the first medal for the Cycling New Zealand team in her debut at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Santiago, Chile.

Cycling New Zealand has named both Track and Para-cycling Track teams for respective upcoming UCI World Championships in South America.

Cycling NZ’s high performance riders take their first racing towards Los Angeles 2028 this weekend.
