The Springbok Women have delivered a gutsy performance in Cape Town, pushing the Black Ferns XV to the brink in an entertaining encounter.

The Black Ferns selectors have invited 49 players to attend the first training camp for 2025 held at NZCIS, Wellington n the lead up to the Pacific Four Series (PAC4).

The Black Ferns have won the Cape Town leg of the World Sevens Series after beating the United States 26-12 in the final.
